1. Consultations and Astrology Services

• Once a consultation (live or written) is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
• Astrology readings, reports, and consultations involve significant time, energy, and preparation; hence, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Rescheduling of consultation appointments is allowed once, provided at least 48 hours' prior notice is given via email or WhatsApp.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a completed consultation, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

2. Digital Products (Courses, E-Books, PDFs, Recorded Classes)

• Digital products, once purchased and delivered, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please ensure you read all descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

3. Physical Products (Gemstones, Bracelets, Rudraksha, etc.)

• Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Products are checked thoroughly before shipping. In case of a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
• Replacement will be provided only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit. No refunds will be given.
• Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations

• Orders for services (consultations, reports) can be canceled within 2 hours of booking only if the service has not yet been started.
• Orders for products can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
• Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
