• We currently ship across India and to select International destinations.
• International shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and destination country.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized products (such as energized gemstones, rudraksha, or special remedial products) may take 5-7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

3. Shipping Time

• Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs process.

Please note: Delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control (like courier delays, weather issues, or customs clearance).

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, and courier service selected.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through our courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to incomplete or wrong information provided at checkout.
• Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• All products are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.
• If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with photographs of the product and packaging.
• Lost packages will be investigated, and we will assist in locating the shipment through our courier partners. However, Nakshatraspeaks® is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party courier services.
